Umbraux watches are our own branded timepieces. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or manufactured by any other watch brand.

Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment taken. If your order is cancelled, we will refund you in full.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

5. Billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information — including your email address and payment details — so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, subject to any shipping protection purchased at checkout.
